A.  In an effort to promote the health of our participants, we will not issue refunds in cases of severe weather (heat or cold), smoke, or pandemic, etc. If we are forced to cancel the event due to unsafe running conditions our goal is to reschedule the date of the race. If this is not possible we intend to host a virtual event and mail participants their race packets. As per our waiver, "I understand that this event does not provide refunds in the event of cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled before or during the event."
