Want to DOMINATE any obstacle course race or mud run? We can help!
Trainings are designed to improve overall fitness, including cardio & strength training, while addressing race specific skills that will be called upon during the race. During the Trainings, expect to run trails, carry tires, logs, and odd-shaped objects, plank, squat, balance, climb rope and walls, use playground equipment, and do burpees! Bring a gallon of water & gloves to all trainings.
Obstacle course races combine trail running with military-style obstacles like wall climbs, rope ascents, and mud, fire, water hazards. Races can include climbing, swimming, jumping, crawling up and over and around obstacles.
We are certified to instruct Obstacle Course Trainings (SGX Certified Instructor). As a group, we will train for the Spartan SPRINT, SUPER, and BEAST Races in Washington.
