Circuit Training/Boot Camp:  Make the commitment to be healthy!  Classes are total body strength conditioning and cardio using HIIT, Tabata, & interval training.  We will also focus on flexibility, core, and balance.  Personalized exercises to meet your needs (modified or challenging). Different workout every day!  We’ll be your partner every step (or plank or squat thrust) of the way.
